His first post was in the joint stock company BIM in the period when the factory for production of bitumen started to work and he was a manager of the section for production of bitumen. After a while he became manager of the whole production process, then a deputy executive manager with special tasks in organizing the production, the laboratory, the application and development of the products.
Now he is an executive director and he runs the quality development, application department, and the laboratory.
He takes part in a great number of seminars, symposiums, lectures from this field, both in country and abroad.
He gives technological solutions for simplifying the production, increasing it and improving the quality, as well as discovering new products.
Every year in production there are new products, such as: BIMPLAST, BIKUMASS-M, BIMIZOL, BIKUTEX, various RAREFIED bitumen, KITOBIT, POLIAVTOBIT, FUGOBIT A and B, POLIBIM, BITUMEN SHINGLE and many other products which are standard with certificates within the production program of the joint stock company BIM.
In 1995 he was given "Diploma for excellent results in the area of innovations and technical advancements" by the Republic of Macedonia Chamber of Commerce.
The executive director Stojance Stojanov, announced as the Manager of the year 2002, for improving of the organization of working, production, market and the services, by the Republic of Macedonia Chamber of Commerce.
